Goals of Current Programs and Partnerships:
1. To identify and mentor Indigenous Australians committed to improving their communities, empowering them to grow as effective servant and transformational leaders.
2. To collaborate with Indigenous, servant and transformational leaders on community development projects, offering practical support and partnership.
3. To promote reconciliation (unity, respect and care, where there has been wounding, conflict and rejection) between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians through relationship-building initiatives and community education.
4. To partner with community-driven initiatives that foster transformation and provide relief for marginalized people within the broader multicultural community.
